We are pleased to announce the launch of the website Inscripta, an on-line educational resource to help people learn to read Romano-British inscriptions using the collection of the Great North Museum in Newcastle and funded by the Classics in the Higher Education Academy Subject Centre. It can be accessed via http://cias.ncl.ac.uk/Inscripta. Please note that the capital I in Inscripta can be essential on some computers.
